Candidate Endorsement Process for State and National Political Races

The Kentucky State Fraternal Order of Police represents thousands of active and retired law enforcement officers across the Commonwealth. Our mission is to promote public safety, protect the rights and welfare of officers, and advocate for professionalism in policing.

As part of our endorsement process, we ask candidates seeking public office to complete the questionnaire below. Your responses will help inform our membership about your views on issues affecting public safety, law enforcement officers, and the communities we serve.

Completion of this questionnaire does not guarantee endorsement, nor does failure to receive an endorsement imply opposition. Our goal is to provide our members with clear, accurate information to make informed decisions.

The Kentucky FOP Executive Board will meet on June 27, 2026, to issue the first round of endorsements.
